random rambles my friends.

hi hi hi. yes I cannot find my camera charger (kill me...wait maybe not).
I've been spending tons of time with my mom lately, which means many trips to redbox, nordstrom rack and getting salads. awesome. who doesn't love that combination?

right now i'm doing my healthy binge again. goal=stick with it. I always seem to do this during the summers (partly because living in California brings on swimsuit season earlier). So in about an hour i'm going for a run... am I looking forward to it right now? not exactly, but i do know that it feels amazing afterwards.

I love a good tan.

Random facts about haley (also known as the author of this blog people):

I only like Romaine lettuce. Don't get me wrong I will eat spinach because it's a tid bit healthier but nothing quite hits the spot like romaine. and yes, lettuce does have a taste.

I hate hate hate hate hate onion. I wish i could stress that enough. I often tell people that i'm allergic to them so I know that I won't be eating them. is that a problem? more than likely.

water is my favorite drink. i would drink that over soda any day.

you can often find me crying like a baby in these two shows: Grey's Anatomy and The Biggest Loser. especially the biggest loser.... gets to the heart. haha.

i don't know how to use an iron. probably some skill i should learn.

i change my major probably once a week.

kids under the age of six are my favorite.


yes. i've noticed this post is kind of lame. but this is what i can manage.

updates:
I am in California in my hometown. Yes, I do realize that the last plan that everyone knew about was me moving to the east coast. Well I did that, and it lasted about 3 days. So here I am in sunny california with completely different job and being newly single.
Phew.That's a lot to take in for the past week. But.... I'm doing awesome. I'm making good money and I have the best support system. And we know that I love California summers. Couldn't stay away.

Reminders:
I love my life. I do. I am so happy. But lately the little things in life are giving me so so much joy.
-The sunshine....and warmth.
-Pretty flowers outside.
-Laughing with family.
-Running with a slight breeze outside with my mama.

that's the first thing i read when i got off the plane in north carolina. after a long red eye flight with a layover in atlanta i am finally here. since being here i lived in a ghetto motel/extended stay for a night (that was short lived because the united states marshalls were there banging on doors around mine looking for someone). now we moved into these beautiful apartments. ahhh how i love it.
but let me tell you. this job is not glamorous by any means. i know i've been so excited to come out here and have a good time, and i am, but i was not excited for work. terrible, i know. i was excited to be with todd again and to be with some friends. but hey, work has to happen.

so let's remind myself on why i need to work hard and earn money:
-need to pay for numerous things.
-and remember it's only one summer.

i can do this. i just need some motivation. (knocking doors all day trying to sell pest control isn't a dream, i'll tell ya.)

here I am at home just doing little things when in walks my mom with our neighbor's newborn baby. let's just say for those of you who don't know: i love babies. oh man. above is my brother, chase (he's one of the twin boys). don't these pictures just melt your heart? and these are NOT posed! I almost died. such a natural. 

and yes, eventually i got my time with this little one.

bring on summer.

hi. life is speeding up lately. you see, I'm moving out of Rexburg in 3 weeks. First week of April and I'm out. I get to go home for about 2 weeks to catch up with family and spend some time with them. Then I fly out to Baltimore for the whole summer. So exciting but so crazy. First off, I've never really had a summer away from home. Last summer was my first summer while "in college" and I came home for the entire 5 months. It was awesome, but as for now I need be be a grown up and make some money. Thankfully I'll be with some fun people this summer and I'll be in a beautiful place!
As for school? Life is complicated with school. This is my last semester attending BYU-Idaho. I made this decision fairly recently when I realized that I am not exactly working towards a degree out here. I know what I want to do....and honestly, dental hygiene is not possible out in the middle of nowhere idaho. Don't get me wrong I have loved my time here but my schooling can't really continue out here. So I'm going to be working this summer and possibly in the fall. But come winter I am going to go to dental hygiene school. I've been looking into a program in Arizona. So we'll see.

Life as of now has been bliss. And it's funny because I don't really do much, I go to class (with the occasional skip) and hang out with Todd and my friends. Which is awesome because I have the BEST friends & boyfriend a girl could ask for....but seriously. That's another thing that is exciting.... Todd is going to Baltimore this summer too. Yep. Lucky me right? I know. We both get to make money and play. Should be a grand ol' time. I mean really. Check out this stud.
